Association of Realtors for nine years and on its Executive/Finance Committee for four of those years. She is a past Vice President of the South Central Vt. Board of Realtors, has served as Chair of its Membership Committee and is currently the Board's representative on the Government Affairs Committee. She was voted Realtor of the Year by her board in 1996 and again in 2001. Pat has lived in the town of Winhall since 1973 and has been a member of its Planning Commission since 1994. She is a Director of the Winhall Memorial Library and is on the Advisory Board of the Stratton Foundation. Real Estate has been her full time profession for the past 30 years here in the Stratton Area.  She is always eager to help you with your real estate needs. Carol owns property in Jamaica and Winhall and can help you find the perfect Vermont Property that fits your desires.  She handles Winter full season rentals as well.  Carol served as the 2003 President of the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors after holding the offices of VicePresident and President Elect. She was voted Realtor of the Year by her board in 2003 and in 2006, Carol received an award in recognition of her continued support to the leadership of SCVBR. Carol holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Vermont and received her BS from Boston University. Volunteer activities include Habitat for Humanity Projects, local food cupboard fund raising, and assorted activities with the Stratton Foundation where she received the 2010 110%award. Carol is a designated  Bird Transporter for the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, and past Londonderry Volunteer Rescue Squad Member. Carol enjoys kayaking, biking, snow shoeing and of course Birding!

The consummate multi-tasker, she devotes the same energy and interest to many community projects. Past Board member of the board of the Northshire Performing Arts Center, she is also a member of the Stratton Country Club and is active in its social activities. As a current member and former board member of the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors, she is deeply committed to its ethical standards. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Intervale Homes and is its former President.

A former New Yorker and media specialist at J. Walter Thompson Advertising, she and her husband discovered Southern Vermont as skiers. It wasnt long before they moved to the Winhall area where they owned and operated a very successful restaurant. Because of her warmth and personality, it soon became the in place for golfers, tennis players, families and visitors to the area. They received high recommendations from the Mobil travel guide.

When her husband retired, she found her niche in real estate and has worked at Winhall Real Estate for many years. Even when traveling, she finds that her interest in architecture and the decorative arts more than complements her real estate expertise. Her successful career is based on intimate knowledge of her field, her community and her customer commitment.

Winhall Real Estate's top sales producer in 2009, Carrie Mathews has been employed by our company since 2004. She serves as the secretary on the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors and has been a Southern Vermont Education Leader. Carrie is a graduate of FIT, Manhattan, and Johnson State College, Johnson, VT. She enjoys volunteering at her children's school and coaching for Stratton Mountain’s JISP program as well as Flood Brook’s basketball team. Carrie resides in Winhall and enjoys weight lifting, running 5k’s, mountain biking, skiing, camping, the outdoors and spending time with her two children.

Ellen has been a weekend Vermonter since 1967. A native of NY she grew up coming to Stratton every weekend and winter holidays. The tradition has continued with her own family. She and her husband Joe have been Stratton homeowners for the past 25 years. They are actively involved with the Alpine Race Program with Joe coaching and three children who have gone through the racing program. Ellen has served on the board of the Stratton Ski & Board Club for the past 10 years, the past 6 serving as Board President. Ellen is a member of the Stratton Mountain Golf Club, and an avid golfer. A recent licensee, Ellen is combining her love of the Stratton area and her knowledge of the second home-owner lifestyle to assist your search for the perfect Vermont home.
