Licensed with Winhall Real Estate, Inc. since 1975, Pat served on the Board of Directors of the Vt. Association of Realtors for nine years and on its Executive/Finance Committee for four of those years. She is a past Vice President of the South Central Vt. Board of Realtors, has served as Chair of its Membership Committee and is currently the Board's representative on the Government Affairs Committee.

She was voted Realtor of the Year by her board in 1996 and again in 2001. Pat has lived in the town of Winhall since 1973 and has been a member of its Planning Commission since 1994.

She is a Director of the Winhall Memorial Library and is on the Advisory Board of the Stratton Foundation. Active in and knowledgeable about her community and the real estate market in and around Stratton Mountain , Pat has the experience and expertise to meet all of your real estate needs
