Snow From the Roof -- OOF!

OOF- SNOW FROM THE ROOF!

What a snow year!  the snows have kept coming and coming making some of the best skiing in the east.   There have also been some head aches with the snow unloading off roofs, causing ice dams which create beautiful icicles  but often allow water to come inside your home.    The best recourse with all this snow is to get the roof shovele by a caretaker.    While this may seem concerning, it is something that is easily taken care of.

The snow at Stratton has given us some great skiing.   Many days of fresh powder from just several inches to more than a foot.   We will be skiing and Boarding on Stratton's trails  late intil April.   Now is great time to get the younger set out and learning to ski .

Sking at Stratton is a great family activity and now is a good time to find a ski home to enjoy with your family and friends for years to come.    Mortages are not a problem at this time.   Prices are still reasonable with a two bedroom Vantage Point starting at $ 147,000.

There have been some substantial price reduction of homes that are also well worth looking at.   Contact our agents for an update of price reductions here in the Stratton Vermont resort area.   Now is a great time to own a piece of Vermont for your family.
